No, we do not organzie escorted tours (or structured group tours) which form individual traveller as a travel group. Instead, we offer tailor-made travel which includes almost every elements of a great journey, accommodations, private transfers, domestic flights (or safari flights), activities, dining and any additional arrangement our guests would be interested in.
There is no minimum person requirement for our service, it's a good news for solo traveller!
No, you do not have to pay any service fee for our services, our services are free to our customers. Typically you'll just pay for the cost of your trip, as we earn our living by the sales commissions we earn from the hotels, camps, cruises, and expedition activities.
In most cases we can save your cost because we have access to information unavailable to you to get better deals.
Should you or any member of your party need to cancel your holiday once it has been confirmed, the party leader must immediately advise us in writing. As we incur costs from the time we confirm your booking, the following cancellation charges will be payable.
Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total cost payable by the person(s) cancelling excluding insurance premiums and amendment charges. Amendment charges are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Period before the start of your holiday within which written notification of cancellation is received by us:
More than 91 days: 30-35% (deposit)
65 – 91 days: 50%
0 – 65 days (including after the trip has started): 100%
Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim these cancellation charges (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Claims must be made directly to the insurance company concerned.
Partial cancellation may result in the recalculation of the cost of the holiday for remaining party members.
Should you wish to make any changes to your confirmed holiday, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Whilst we will endeavour to assist, we cannot guarantee we will be able to meet any such requests. Changes may result in the recalculation of the holiday price where, for example, the basis on which the price of the original holiday was calculated has changed.
In order to confirm your chosen holiday, a 30% deposit of the full itinerary cost (or full payment if booking within 10 weeks of the start of your holiday) must be paid at the time of booking. (**Deposit % can vary, depending on requirement of the chosen accommodations.)
The balance of the holiday cost must be received by us not less than 65days prior to the start of your holiday. Whilst we endeavour to send reminders, it is ultimately your responsible to make payment of the balance ten weeks prior.

Once we have agreed on the itinerary, we will make a provisonal reservation for the flights and accommodations accoridingly which is valid for up to 7 days, to make a booking you must confirm it by a deposit payment before resveration expires.
