Today board a shared charter flight and head to Botswana’s Okavango Delta, lies like a sparkling jewel at the heart of the Kalahari Desert. Known as the river that never finds the sea, the Delta’s crystal-clear channels spread over the thirst lands of the Kalahari with their papyrus-fringed banks and fertile floating islands
Experience boating in the channel, encounter with watery wilderness such as red lechwe and hoppos.

On board a small plane to Kasane airport and road transfer to Chobe National Park. Arrival at the comfortable mobile camp, Chobe Under Canvas. Enjoy an afternoon game drives - Expecting to see heads of elephants, lion, spotted hyena, giraffe, sable, hippo, lechwe, blue wildebeest, crocodile, greater kudu, zebra, warthog, baboon... Sundowner and return to camp for freshly prepared dinner.

Early wake up with a coffee or tea and head off for game drive. After lunch, going on a private boat cruises on the Chobe River, enjoy some Gin and tonic while over-viewing the beautiful nature setting of Chobe. Enjoy a quiet sundowner with shadows of giraffe in front of the sunset. Dine beneath the stars on mouthwatering meals freshly prepared over an open fire.

The area is known for its large concentrations of wildlife which thrive on the Gomoti plains and waterways. This exclusive area has been a well-kept secret for many years. This new camp has 10 luxury tents which include 2 luxury family tents and 8 luxury double tents, all with en-suite bathroom facilities.. In addition to day and night 4WD game drives, the camp offers water based activities such as mokoro excursions and motor boat trips.
This luxury estate is conveniently located to allow access to the city (both Johannesburg central and Sandton) as well as a variety of nearby attractions. Camp Kalahari is one of only three camps in a one million-acre private wildlife reserve, with just 12, Meru-style tents set amongst the palms. There’s a veritable blockbuster of activities to get stuck into, including quad biking, horseback riding, bushman walks and traditional game drives. Enjoy lazy siestas in the swimming pool pavilion and, in the dry season, watch the ellies come to drink at the water – a memory you won’t forget in a hurry! Watch 50,000 zebra and wildebeest migrate through the area from January to April.
Positioned at exclusive semi-permanent campsites on or near the Chobe River. Booked on a nightly basis, each luxury tent has a double bed for travellers tired from the day’s adventures, as well as an ensuite bathroom, separate w.c. and steaming hot bucket shower.
