Wild Senses Holidays

General:

• All prices shown are in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices are “per person”, based on economy class travel.
• All packages prices are subject to surcharge for flights and hotels if any; especially during peak seasons and public holidays

All package prices excluded:

• Any travel taxes, airport taxes, travel documents and visa fees
• Meals & beverage (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) other than those specified in the itinerary
• Any personal services, such as laundry, telephone charges, excursions, room services and other personal expenses
• Gratuity or tips
• Travel Insurance (highly recommended to purchase according to own needs)

Reservation:

• Air tickets are non-reroute; non-endorse; non-refund.
• All tickets or packages are based on Hong Kong departure; minimum of 2 persons travel together.
• All passengers under same booking refund must check in and travel together throughout the whole journey.
• Air tickets are only valid on date and flight as shown on e-ticket or ticket.   Refund is not applicable after expiration.

Infant and Child Prices：

• Child prices are applicable for children under the age of 12 at the time of whole journey.
• Infant prices are applicable for infants under the age of 2 at the time of whole journey.

Hotels & Accommodation:

• Any pictures or details of hotel or accommodation shown on website are provided by related hotel or accommodation.  All information is for reference only, if there is any difference, Wild Senses Holidays takes no responsibility about it.

Visa & Entry Requirements:

• Passengers must ensure their passport / travel document to have at least six months validity from the return date.
• Passenger must hold valid entry visa for their destination of countries.  It is recommended passengers to check with the consulate for visa requirements and changes. Wild Senses Holidays is not liable for any problem or cost arises from personal travel document issue.

• For non-HKSAR citizen, please contact the Embassy for information and advice on the visa requirements of the proposed countries to visit.
• HK resident holding foreign passport must carry Hong Kong Identity Card to facilitate immigration upon re-entry to Hong Kong.  According to the Hong Kong Immigration Ordinance, with exception to HK resident, all foreign passport holder must hold a valid travel document and a return air ticket before entering Hong Kong.
• If travel involves various international destinations, passenger is solely responsible to ensure that he/she is to obtain relevant visa or transit visa and valid passport, which must have a minimum of 6 months validity from the return date, and comply with all immigration requirements.
• Passenger should be in totally compliance with local national law, which strictly prohibits passenger from carrying illegal goods and requires passenger to declare personal goods and cash accurately.

Payment:

• All payment should be made in full by cash or bank transfer at the time of booking.

Change or Cancellation:

• If customers would like to make any chances and/or cancellation for flight and hotel bookings, please contact one of our representative for assistance.  
• Normally, flight and hotels are non-changeable, non-refundable or non-transferable.  Individual hotels, airlines, car rentals companies or any other service providers have their own “change or cancellation policy” for individual booking.  Customers would have to pay for any administration fee and refund fee applying to the policy.
• Customers may have to buy a new tickets/ products for some cases, and will be liable for all the associated costs for administration for new bookings. 
• Wild Senses Holidays may collect an administration fee for different services.

Travel Health and Travel Insurance:

• Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong (HKTIC) recommends all travelers to take out travel insurance that meets their needs and understand its coverage. 
• For information about news of disease outbreaks, vaccinations, health advice, etc, go to the website Hong Kong Travellers' Health Service launched by the Department of Health, or contact the Travel Health Centre on (852)2961-8840 or (852)2150-7235 for details.

Liabilities:

1. Wild Senses Holidays (Our company, we, our, us) declared that we acts only as an agency for owners or contractors of any service providers, including hotels, airlines, car rentals and other service providers.  We have made every effort to ensure all the information on the website are correct and accurate, however our company takes no responsibilities for any unforeseen changes may occur, or has no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from any inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors that may be contained in this website. 

2. We reserve the right to change your accommodation booking to another at least comparable standard and to notify you of such change as soon as possible after it occurs. No compensation is payable for such changes. In extreme circumstances we may be forced to cancel your booking in which case you will be notified of such change as soon as possible and a full and prompt refund will be made.  In no circumstances shall we be liable for any consequential and indirect loss or damage. Our liability shall be limited to the amount paid to us for any booking. The foregoing shall not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

3. All and any vouchers, booking confirmation, receipt, contract, air-ticket and so on, issued by our company and/or service providers, are subject to any and all terms and conditions under which such services (accommodation, travel arrangement - airlines, shuttle, car rental and any other travel services) are offered or provided (details available upon request), and the issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent by the customers/ tour participants to the further condition that Wild Senese Holidays shall not be or become liable or responsible in any way for any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay, changes in schedule, hotel overbooking or other inconveniences to the customers/ tour participant, the property or effect of such customers/ tour participant, howsoever caused by such means of services and/or transportation or other services (accommodation, travel arrangement - airlines, shuttle, car rental and any other travel services).

4. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations, which results directly or indirectly from any cause or circumstance, which is beyond our reasonable control. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as such circumstances: act of God, outbreak of hostilities, riot, civil disturbance, acts of terrorism, revolution, the act of any government or authority (including but not limited to refusal or revocation of any license or consent), fire, flood, epidemic, lightning, explosion, fog or bad weather, interruption or failure of a utility service (including but not limited to electricity, gas, water or telecommunications), renovations undertaken by the hotel, strikes, lockouts or boycotts, embargo, blockade.

5. Wild Senses Holidays shall not under any circumstances be liable, in contract, tort or otherwise, for any of the expenses, damages or losses incurred or sustained by any customers/ tour participate which arise from or as a result of:

A. the delay or cancellation of any scheduled flight.

B. changes in the travel programmes, routes or timetables

C. missing of the flight due to the tour participant's failure to comply with airline check-in and boarding procedures, and/or failure to comply with visa and health requirements of the countries they intend to visit

6. The booking confirmation and these terms represent our entire agreement and as a result you have not entered into a contract with us on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents.

7. If any of our booking terms shall be illegal or unenforceable such term shall not form part of the booking terms but the validity and enforceability of the other booking terms shall not be affected.

8. The laws of Hong Kong SAR shall apply to these terms and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong SAR courts.

Remarks:

1. We reserved the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time.

2. In the event of any conflict between the English and translated versions of any and all documents and text on our website, the English version will prevail.
